Purpose of loan: This loan will be used to consolidate the balance of my debt that I have left on any and all credit cards. With my recent promotion at work I have been fortunate enough to pay of a great portion of the balances in the last six months. I sincerely promise you that all my payments WILL be on time with NO problems. I have bettered myself in the last year and I want to reward my family with a bigger house in a better school district. Thanks in advance for your consideration it is deeply appreciated. My financial situation: I am a good candidate for this loan because over the past ten years I have worked very hard and recently been promoted to Vice President of the company where I work. My income has doubled in the last six months and I now want to pay off all of my debt and increase my credit score so I can purchase a larger house for my wife and kids. The inquires which are listed in my credit file were 90% for mortgage companies I checked into recently and debt consolidation loans. Of course, this is before I did some research and found out about Prosper and saw how wonderful it was. The one public record was a bankruptcy that I had over nine years ago and it was fully discharged at that time. The debt that I had accumulated then was do to medical bills and college loans. Of course, as you can see with my debt to income ratio and no deliquences on file currently I am greatly approving my financial situation.
