Purpose of loan: I would like another loan so that I can further my education and move into a higher paying position at my job. My financial situation: Because of a recent raise, I net about $2700 per month. I am able to pay all of my bills with no problems. I currently have a Masters degree and teach third grade. I would like to go back to school in the evenings in order to obtain certification to become a Media Specialist with the school system I am currently employed with. ** The program that I was recently accepted into begins in January. Therefore, I am trying to get a loan with Prosper to help pay for school expenses because due to time constraints there is no way that my federal student loan paperwork can be processed before the first day of class. If I don't get this loan through Prosper, I will have to wait until August to start the program.
