Purpose of loan:

I am a REALTOR and I love what I do. This has been a challenging 6 months for real estate and personally.

Currently listed as HR (my balances are high) about 52,000 of that is actually a HELOC reporting as an unsecured revolving account. When you bid on my loan Prosper will give you an expected return of less than nothing. Please keep in mind my payment history... No Lates, many good accounts and this will be paid EFT

This loan will be listed twice? once with a smaller amount and higher interest rate and another with a higher amount and lower interest rate.
I will use this money to pay down balances? bringing my score back above the 660 mark to help me qualify for a business loan. After the business loan my fico will be back above the 700 mark

My goal for the coming year is to place myself in a position to purchase a 4plx in the area, occupying one of the units until I am able to keep that as income only and eventually buy another single family home

6 months ago I was happily married for over 3 years and with my husband for more than 8. Then life changed in an instant and irreconcilable way.

Real Estate has been more than a full time job (I train new agents as well). Working more than 70 hours per week is not unusual and now I?m looking for part time work that will not interfere with my availability to clients, agents and most of all, my daughter.

I am a proud member of Rotary international (a service club providing help to those in need around the world and our community). I serve on the San Juan board as the Director of Community.
