The photo you see is my wife jumping for joy at the funding of this loan. We would like to use this money to lower the rate on some credit cards that we used for business. My primary business was incorporated in 2004, and I specialize in residential and commercial real estate. We also have a 2nd corporation that was formed last year, and we have a clothing brand that will be in high-end boutique shops by fall 2007. We own a home and pay our mortgage (which is thankfully not an adjustable rate) on time every month. I have an average of $100,000/yr in net income to my business, and my mortgage is $3300, and my only other payments are: auto $388, student loans $275, Prosper $335 and and basic utilities $150. I have been paying an existing prosper loan on time every month since January of this year, and like that the rate is reasonable (that one is at 11%) and that the interest goes to people instead of banks. I would love to lower my cost of money for the long-term savings, and I can assure any lender that you will receive your payments on time every single month. I also wanted to note that the home equity line of credit that I used to purchase/fix up my home is showing as revolving debt. This is a line of credit for $132,000 - $91,000 of which was the original purchase money 2nd, and $41,000 of which went into home improvements in 2006. Thank you! |
