I need a loan to get my finances back in order.I have 2 properties in New York and one of them is not actually making any money. Instead, it needed some repairs to make it rentable again.My property manager told me that it would take more than 10k to fix the property for it to be rented. Currently, I don't have enough money to spend for repairs.My finances are kinda messed up right. Both my wife's and my salary are not enough to save faster for repairs. I know I can pay a monthly amount if I could get a loan. To give you a little bit of background about myself, I am a Physical therapist and I just started my private practice. I'm earning 3k biweekly. My wife is a nurse. She earns pretty much the same. We have 2 other properties that we own aside from our house. We just made a wrong turn in terms of financial decision and we know that we can make the payments as soon as we get the property repaired. People say that we don't need any credit since both of us have big income. However, I need to get this problem fixed before it gets worse. My credit got compromised because of late payments. But we're still able to pay our loans and credit cards. I own my house and it has some equity in it.We really appreciate anyone's help right now. I didn't want to ask for help but I don't want this problem to get deeper.Hope that you can lend us some money.Thanks to all! |
