Amount: $23,000.00 Status: Withdrawn
Grade: HR DTI: 70%
Lender Rate: 35% Borrower: Derrick_JFI
Time Left: Finished State: CA
Funded: 0% Group: (No Group)
Purpose of loan:

Part of this loan (around $5-10K) will be used as a down payment on a new home for me and my child (I am currently looking at fore closures/fixer uppers, so I will use more of the loan on a home if I find the right deal), and I will also use a portion of this loan to pay off my first Prosper loan, as well as pay off the rest of my debt (around $7K total). Another part of this loan will go to upgrading the cameras for my business- www.jfiproductions.com

My financial situation:

I am a great candidate for this loan because I am a very honest and caring person. The main goal behind this loan is so that first and foremost, I can get my son a place to call home. Regardless, if this loan is funded or not I plan on purchasing a new home for us in April or May of 2008.

I have been working for a temp service- Adecco, now for about 3 months at the Nestle/Arrowhead bottling plant in Cabazon, California.
I have been making $13 an hour at 40 hours a week. I am assured that I will be getting hired on full time by Nestle in early February and I will be earning an extra $3 dollars an hour (from $13 to $16) plus this spring I will start getting a minimum of 4 hours of overtime a day.
$16 X 40=$640 a week (40 hours) plus the over time.
$24 (time and a half) X 20 hours (4 hours a day) =$480- That will be just about $1100 a week.

Luckily I am also supposed to start the day shift in January- 6am-2:30pm. Even when spring comes I will still be home by 6:45pm- I only drive about 7 minutes to work.

Plus I just signed a contract (12/07) for a TV producer out of Florida to video edit a TV series that airs in Florida and Alabama- Community Central TV- this will also bring in up to $2500 per month, for a minimum of 6 months (She guaranteed me more but this agreement was just a start).

Even with working 12 hours a day on my normal job these projects will only take me a few hours to complete each episode with several days to work on per episode (my days off).

The cameras that I would like to purchase will also bring in great revenue for my business. The equipment would bring in a minimum of $5K per project. I am looking at multiple cameras with the ability to edit while taping (multi switching). I am always getting calls from local colleges and schools that are looking for these types of services, but I always had to turn them down due to the equipment that I have been using. I already have a few projects in the works, with a few local stations interested, but I just can?t shoot them with home video cameras.

Monthly net income: $
Currently just my Addeco/Nestle Waters income- $2080

By March-$2560

By April/May- $4480

Plus I will also have the extra income from the Community Central project starting the first week of January.

I know that the opportunities that I have will allow me to better myself as well as better my son, I just hope that I get the opportunity to pass along the good fortune.

Thank you for your time and consideration.
