Hi - thank you for taking the time to look at my listing. I am a successful Prosper borrow with a current loan (you can find me on the Prosper Success Stories page). I am looking to get a new loan to pay for part of my wedding. You will notice that my credit grade is an E, I don't know why it dropped since my last listing - I have been working very hard to pay off debt since then. Also, in my success story, they have my debt to income ratio listed as 18%, which is a mistake - it has never been that low (I wish!) Purpose of loan: This loan will be used to pay for the dress, flowers, transportation and DJ for my wedding reception which will take place in September 2008 in the Chicago suburbs. My financial situation: I am a good candidate for this loan because I am a proven Prosper borrower, have never defaulted or had a delinquency on any loan. I am a web editor with a multinational communications company, and am a college graduate. I live with my fiance, who is a civil engineer and also a college graduate. We are both working very hard to pay off existing debt so we can get our life together off to a good start, but my parents are unable to contribute to our wedding. His parents are paying for the reception hall, food and beverage, but my fiance and I are responsible for everything else. Monthly net income: $ 2908.00 (this is after all medical, dental, vision, AD&D, Life, and 401(k) contributions, and does not include my fiance's income (if you need to know how much that is, I'll be happy to share). Monthly expenses: $ Housing: $ 0 Insurance: $ 64.50 Car expenses: $ 618.00 Power bill: $75.00 Phone (cell phone): $68.00 Food, entertainment: $150.00 Clothing, household expenses $150.00 Credit cards: $800.00 (I always pay off or pay at least double the minimum) Other loans: $ 350.00 (1st prosper loan, current balance $7315.00) Other expenses: $ 200.00 (contribution to savings) Total: $2475.50 Extra: $432.50 |
