Last year I bought a new house as a rental property, and found a wonderful family to lease it long-term. They'd like to live there for 4 or 5 years, then custom build out on their lakefront property. It's been a great experience. Now I'd like to purchase another rental property, and find another family to lease to. I'd also like to consolidate some debt.
