About me: Hello. I am going to tell you a little about myself and what I am trying to accomplish in my future. I am presently serving in Iraq. I am 26 years old. I have 3 years of school finished and one year to go. I plan on starting my last year of college on Aug 08. I am a business major and massage therapist major. When I graduate I want to take on real-estate full time. Right now I have four investment properties and plan to have more by the time I leave Iraq. The four properties that I have now are rented out. In the last listing I had only two properties and much debt, but now I have only two debts and two more additional investment properties all in less than 6 months. I also have my first listing almost paid. I said I would have it paid in less a year, but the way things look it will be within the next two months. The same with this loan I plan to have paid sooner than expected. I have attended many seminars and have read many books on real-estate. However, the best teaching is taking action so that's what I did, thus giving me four investment properties now. With the prosper loan I will be able to purchase more properties and increase my business net. With all my debts paid I can then start to save and build my credit even more. Now that the business is a LLC, I have my personal assets safeguarded. As before my grandmother always told me to plan for what I want and beyond so in the next 5-6 years I plan to be a millionaire. I am a calm and patient person. I have learned through trials in my past to take things as blessings whether they are bad or good. I have traveled on many missions trips across the world and have helped many. My ultimate goal in life is not to make money though, but to travel the world and help those in need in different countries as well as the US. If it were not for one particular mission trip I would have never met my adorable beauty and loving girlfriend. I am committed to my vows and promises, and will always do my best to keep my word. I realize that I am one of a kind that plans to make a difference. I have a good credit score because I pay on time and plan very carefully. By having a business plan it allows me to have visual targets and goals to hit which helps me to excel on a daily and monthly basis. In time I will be able to pay off the loan sooner just because I have a strategy that's well planned. Thanks for helping making it possible for me to grow.
