Hello & thank you for considering my loan request. Currently, I am a Principal Consultant working at Magenic Technologies based in Lombard, Illinois. I attended Iowa State University located in Ames, Iowa where I received my BS degree in Management Information Systems (MIS). My beautiful and supportive wife and I have been married for over 10 years but have known each other since high school, even dating for a year. We have three wonderful children ages 8, 4, and 2 years old and are anxiously awaiting the birth of our new baby set to be born in late January or early February, 2008. I am a hard working individual who puts family and friends above all else. I take great pride in the wonderful family my wife and I have made over the last 10 years and we try to do all we can to give back to the community through donation of our time, talents and treasures wherever possible. I have been a part of a team who participates in raising money for the National MS Society and have been awarded awards for my fundraising level for the last 5 of those years. Additionally I take an active part in my children?s lives through being a member of the School Board for my daughter?s school, coaching soccer teams and other activities. Whenever possible we spend time at a family lake home in Michigan swimming, skiing and relaxing as a family. In my professional life I work for a national consulting firm which focuses on solving business problems through the use of technology solutions. I am also a leader within the organization locally and nationally, whether I am leading client engagements, speaking at industry events or coordinating and instructing at an internal training program for our new employees teaching them important skills on how to be a better consultant. If I am fortunate to be funded through Prosper, the money will be used for the following: • Debt consolidation through the payment of 2 credit card accounts • Complete necessary repairs to our fireplace and chimney which have rendered it unusable due to a lack of care by the previous homeowner. • Prepare for the arrival our new baby, purchasing necessary items such as bottles, diapers and clothing • Additional funds to cover the maternity hospitalization not covered by insurance • Pay remaining tuition for the year for my children.
