Re listed with more info, a higher rate, (that hopefully will be bid down) and pictures - the pictures on the last listing didn't upload :o( The previous request funded to 51% with 64 bids. Thanks bidders! The Christmas Holidays may have had other lenders thoughts elsewhere besides Prosper??? Purpose of loan:This loan will be used to pay for a new greenhouse - our seventh greenhouse!. We have been accepted to sell at the Philadelphia Flower Show in March and needed the additional growing space to grow thousands of cut flowers for the show. The greenhouse is already built and filled with lilies for the show. (see pictures above) I paid for it with a credit card, but would rather pay Prosper Lenders than Bank of America! I have already received a loan from Prosper in March, 2007. This loan is current and has always been paid on time. That loan was for another greenhouse that helped sales to increase about $25,000 this year to a total of about $250,000. The flower show is expected to generate at least $50,000 in additional sales during the eight days of the show. We'll be selling cut flowers, potted bulbs, loose bulbs, and potted herbs. (I know several people who sell there and they do extremely well.) This latest greenhouse will give us more growing space year round. Sales will increase throughout the year and allow us more space to grow for the Philadelphia Flower Show each year. Once you get into this show, you keep going forever. It's that good. My credit shows a high DTI. This includes business debt that appears on personal accounts. All bills are current and will continue to be current. No DQ's, no public records, no bankruptcy. Other than the debt, that is paid on time, kind of boring.
