Purpose of Loan:

I am getting this loan to pay back my credit cards.   I will pay my credit cards back the extra money I had needed.  When I first applied I needed 25,000 and could only get 12.  I have not been late on any bills in the last 4 years.  My debt came when I was in college.

Note:  This is my second loan, before I needed 25,000 and I could only get 12,000 so I had to use credit cards to pay the rest and I been paying on the credit cards and the loan.  I would like to use the loan to pay back the credit cards and only have one payment per month. I pay my bills, you can see I was late on payments like 5 years ago before I moved to Louisiana.

My financial situation:

I really started shaping up about 5 years ago.  I was going to school and I let allot of school bills get behind.  My student loans were on separate payments and I was living in Gulfport, MS.    I got hit by a tropical storm and things got worse down the line.  From 1999 - 2003 Things really were tough.  I did not have credit cards, but when you are out of school the loans really do hurt.     I relocated in 2003 and started making more money teaching dance classes here than I did with the Boys and Girls Clubs in Mississippi.  Now I teach with the Performing Arts program in Baton Rouge and caught up on my bills.  I have had good credit since 2004.   I am a really good dependable person now.  I am trying to get my Masters in Business Marketing now.   So I work a full time job, go to school and have my own business.   I make around 40,000 net.  I also get bonuses.   I will not be leaving my job, for my business.  Note: Majority of my problems are student loans.  There were 20 student loan accounts, they all were late during the time of reloction and hospitalization after the storm damaged my home in Mississippi.

My personal Situation:

I have two children, but they are in a Boarding School program that the state of Mississippi funded with a grant and child support.  I let all the child support go towards their education, because I believe child support is for the children.  So my children are not in my financial situation .  They are living very well and don't require any of my income.  Now the only thing that is hurting me is my past student loans.  I consolidated them, but for some reason it lowered my score from 712 to 650.  Now since I had to cover the rest of my expenses on my credit card it went down to 598.    I found out that the long background of my loans made my score higher.  I work with children and adults in the field of acting, modeling, dancing and singing.   I have been doing this on the side since 2005.  My job is one of my contractors.
