Hello, this is my second listing for this loan request.  I got a few questions about my credit on the last attempt, so I withdrew the listing to better give investors a snapshot of my financial picture.

My financial situation: I have paid back one prosper loan to date, and I have never missed a payment on my other loan.  I am in a very good financial situation right now, and I always pay my debts.  My revolving credit used has risen since my last loan.  My fiance and I have utilized some of our HELOC in order to pay for a portion of the home improvements that were completed this summer with the help of my previous prosper loan. We use our credit wisely, and love making money for the prosper community.

My monthly net income is appx $4400, sometimes higher, based on overtime.  This does not include the $300 from renters, or my fiances income, who is a contributor to the household expenses.  The bills listed below are my responsibility, and do not include the payments that she is responsible for, since this is my listing:

Monthly expenses:
Mortgage: $1357 includes escrot account for taxes and insurance
Car expenses: $450 includes gas and insurance
Utilities: $180 electricity and water
Phone, cable, internet: $98
Food, entertainment: $400 for groceries and eating out
Clothing, household expenses, pet care: $350 misc
Credit cards and other loans: $650 includes 2 credit cards and my other prosper loan

I have always been a good bet when it comes to paying my debts.  I love the prosper website, and I love the fact that my interest will go to the individual investor and not the banks.  I am an investor too, and want to get that money back into my 401k, before VISA IPOs and housing rebounds, which will no doubt cause a rise in the economy.  I will not let you down.  The $194 payment (the max this loan will be) will not be a problem, will be paid by the same funds that are withdrawn from my paycheck bi-weekly now to pay the 401k loan, and will be directly paid from my account every month.
