Thank you very much for your consideration in helping fund this loan for me. My first loan flash funded in a matter of hours and my bank was one of those that would not verbally verify over the phone, and that verification did not complete in time for it to fund. I would hope this loan would fund so that I may start off the New Year fully operational. Thank You!  

Purpose of loan:

To take my new business to the next level. Which at this time requires me to invest some additional capital. I need errors and omissions and liability insurance policies. I have been using old equipment and I need two new computers, scanner, fax, digital equipment and software. I also want to do additional marketing and advertising of my business.

Why this is a good opportunity:

I receive additional requests from companies to perform high end mortgage field services. (Here is one of them to give you an idea of what this business is: www.safeguardproperties.com ) But I am missing out on the high end work without the insurances in place. The mortgage servicing industry is a business that is performed for the lenders and financial companies across the country that are trying to manage millions of properties. They are overburdened with foreclosures and expect the demand to increase. As mortgage corporations downsize, need for my services become greater. I have a background in the mortgage industry and live in an area that has been hard hit with foreclosures; no one else is doing this service in my area. I also have several relationships with people that are assisting me with promoting and marketing for more business.

My financial situation:

My situation is great. I have no balances on credit cards, own two vehicles paid in full, have never had late payments and have been told that the only reason that my credit score is not in the high 700?s is I don?t have enough credit cards. I?ve always lived very modestly and I intend to keep my cost of living very low.

Present monthly income:

Base income is $1750 and I host a hockey player and the team pays me $300 for housing each month that I have not included.  
New business income I am producing is close to $300 additional per week (not being included in present DTI) this will easily increase to over $1000 per week

New Business total monthly income forecast:

$4300 per month, plus base of $1750 = total $6050

Monthly expenses: $1850, plus new Prosper loan $588 = New Total $2438.

As you can see I will have over $3500 left over even after paying my Prosper loan.
