Purpose Of Loan: The funding I am requesting will be utilized to consolidate some of the credit cards I have. The money on these credit cards was used to improve my business. My Financial Situation: Our business generates around $30,000 in sales per month. My partner is the one that manages the day to day at Molly?s and I hold a management position at a different restaurant (Currently I am not getting any compensation from Molly?s). My 2006 income was $68,500 and I am on pace to make $78,500 in 2007. I will personally make the loan payments (on time!), and the restaurant will reimburse me. Restaurant Concept Description: Molly?s is a sports bar concept right across the street from Northern Illinois University?s Football Stadium, which generates a lot of traffic to our location. We offer different bar food and our specialties are pizza and sandwiches. We also offer a delivery service. We are open for lunch and dinner and we typically close at midnight. We have been in the same location the last twenty years. (We have owned the business the last couple of years.) The business was rated a few years ago by Playboy as a Top Ten College Bar. Comments On Personal Credit: My credit is continually improving. I am looking to constantly consolidate my debt and expect an even better year this year than last. I would like to eventually use prosper to consolidate everything on my revolving credit and have only one payment. I believe I can do that in the next two years. |
