Purpose of loan: This loan will be used to get rid of payday loans and provide for property taxes - which are not escrowed. (Better to learn eventually, than never to learn that lesson at all.) Plan is to eliminate payday loan interest, use savings to lower high interest loan balances, improve credit score, and refinance mortgage to a lower fixed rate. Note: the proposed loan rate is 10 times better than payday loans - I have survived payday loans, but "surviving" is not PROSPERing! I am ready to PROSPER.
