About me I am a 49 year old divorced father of one 21 year old daughter. I have been with my current employer for more then 27 years. My credit issues I have always been responsible with my finances but 3 years ago I went through a divorce and struggled to pay my bills on time. Things have improved for me however and I am asking for a chance to prove myself to work on getting my credit score back to where it should be. My plan is to take out a series of small loans on Prosper to improve my score so I can get myself out of this mess once and for all. I have a current loan from here that is and has been current. When I am back on my feet, I?m hoping to become a lender myself to help others in the same situation that I am in now. What I will do with the money loaned to me. I have been slowly paying off past due items on my credit report. If my loan is funded, it will be used to pay off 6 items on my report, increasing my score by 40 points. My financial details Net monthly income after taxes and other deductions $2700 Rent: $700 (my heat and electric are included) Cell phone: $65 Home phone: $50 Credit cards $175 Car insurance $56 Internet $30 Food, gasoline & clothing $350 Misc: $200 Total monthly expenses $1626 The remaining income is what I will use to pay my monthly Prosper bill and I will have enough left over for emergencies. |
