Purpose of loan:
Establish history with Prosper community

My financial situation:
I have been a realtor for over 11 years and a loan officer for over 4. I also have own my own carpet cleaning business for the last 3 years. I am a homeowner and I have been current on all my payments until a couple of months ago when I had a sale fall through and lost about $15K of income ( I was the listing agent, selling agent as well as the loan officer on the transaction). This combined with the slowdown on the market and my low credit scores have caused a bit of a liquility crunch. Last week I listed a brewery for sale for 2.2 Million dollars with a 10% commission! Just this sale could net me over $200K! I am in the process of opening my own Real Estate office so I can hire and train new agents and get a percentage of their production.
I also own my carpet cleaning equipment free and clear and it's worth over $30K for the equipment alone
This is a 3rd repost. I had asked for $15,000 on my first post, $5,000 on my 2nd and $3K on my 3rd. The reason I've ran them back to back is that Prosper will not pull credit again, so it won't affect my scores.
I guess I will start with a smaller amount and build my credit with the prosper community. Being able to restore my credit scores will open many doors, including refinancing this loan at a lower rate. I also need to refinance my home and defaulting on prosper would lower my scores and set me back financially and burn my bridge here at prosper. Thanks to those who bidded on my last 3 attempts for your vision
I had a total of $500 bidded last time. It's hard for me to believe that here at prosper, someone that has grossed over $100K in 2005 and 2006 couldn't get a $1,000 at 35% interest! Where are your guts prosper community? As soon as my debts are paid off I will be the one searching for the 35% return on my investments.
This is my last and final try here at prosper. Thanks again
