Purpose of loan: Well I like to give this a try again and see if this time will work, I thank you in advance for your previous bids please help me this to fund. My wife and I own a small janitorial company, and we like to have our company growth a little more. My wife is been in charge for few years with very stable accounts. We like to expand and hired people to work for us also I like to payoff my only credit card I have with a balance. I recently discovered prosper and really like your mission of people helping people and if I am going to borrow money to succeed, I like to help other succeed too. I know with my good credit I can go to a bank and get a loan but I rather pay my interest to people like me. As I am getting ready to retired from a company I been working for over 11+ yrs it is time to make our company growth and ensure extra income other than our retirement. (my retirement will not happen just yet, I still have 3yrs before my retirement but we have to get ready to that time) I am a father of 3 and my youngest a (Son) gradute with honors from San Francisco State University with a major and journalist, he still live with us has a stable job and contribute to the house financially. My financial situation: I work full time in addition to the business. My wife and Son, whose information is not included, Also work full time and get $1300 for housing expenses from my son every month and my wife contributes with the food and $1000 every month. No bankrupcies or repossessions. I also have cash in CD's Accounts as well as cash on hand. I am very conservative on how I use my credit and like to keep my self from any debt not needed.
