Over the past year I have built a new company (Healthcare Foodservice Sourcing Advantage or HFSA). To date I have signed agreements and received relationship fee payments of $5,000 each from thirteen prominent independent foodservice distributors. Additionally I have signed agreementst with two applied service providers for data and web order entry services. We are now in a position to rapidly promote the new company within the long term care chain industry. The market is a $5 billion one and we are filling a need to provide a viable alternative to the major distributors - Sysco and US Foodservice. Our first priority right now is to source additional support fees from at least thirty prominent food and food related product manufacturers servicing the long term care segment. We project that through the various levels of support we offer to secure at least $150,000 by the end of February. These fees will provide support for our projected blitz of the marketplace through sales visits, mailings and industry show booths. The revenue model for HFSA once long term care chain customer come on board is for a 0.75% administration fee. On a $20 million contract, then, HFSA would generate $150,000. Our projections are to have at least two such customers on board by the end of the 2Q 2008. The purpose of this loan is to help facilitate the marketing approach around refining the web site and extending our message into the broader long term care market. |
