THIS WOULD BE MY SECOND LOAN WITH PROSPER AND I AM ELIGIBLE FOR IT BECAUSE OF THE GOOD PAYMENT PERFORMANCE ON THE FIRST ONE. I am originally from Mexico City and have lived in Texas since 2002. I work for a Catholic School in the Houston area, since I enjoy working with children. In Mexico City, I was the head administrator of a medium size CPA firm for 20 years before moving to the United States. I have never been married but enjoy to spend time with my brother's families. I have 9 nephews and nieces. I own my house and have owned it for 11 years.My credit history in the US goes back to the late 80's. I have never had a problem but in the year 2000 the firm that I was working for went bankrupt and I became unemployed. That is why I have the only problem in my credit history, a credit card that I have not been able to pay off. Although I do not know enough about credit ratings, frankly, I am surprised and disappointed that I was assigned an "E" in prosper, since I was able to re-finance my mortgage lately, in March of 2006 in a conventional way. The reason I am asking for a loan is to get money to paydown the credit card balance and also to have more credit history, since as I am sure you know, it is like a chicken and egg situation; I can not obtain loans because of my credit and I can not improve my credit because I can not have more history.... For those of you that decide to participate in this loan, I guarantee you that you will not have a problem, since my disposable income is much larger than the monthly payment of the loan would be.Also, I apologize for not having included a picture at the beginning of the listing, but I will include one tomorrow, since my camera is being used be a memeber of my family.Thank you. |
