Introduction: this is my second prosper loan - the first was paid on time and in full within six months. Purpose: to invest in more advertising for my business to build on our current success. Please note: I am not a member of a group on purpose, I made the mistake of joining a group some time ago which did not do much at all except dig into the return of potential lenders by 2% and offered nothing but a name and a false rating. My financial situation: I am a lender on prosper and I am also a lender by profession ? I own a small firm specializing financing new home buyers into bank owned properties with conforming loans.
