Our business is a large and diverse operation that is now over 3 years old. We have 2 office locations and 10 full-time employees. We are a national direct mail, advertising and web automation company. Our sales for 2006 are expected to exceed $3.2 million. We are getting ready to launch a VERY large national web project and decided to raise more marketing capital for its launch.
