Thank you for viewing my listing.  I just recently got married to a wonderful man and as we start our new life together, we want to be able to lay the footwork of establishing a solid foundation.  To accomplish that, we want to be able to ?clean the slate? so to speak on our credit obligations.   

As you can see, I already am a borrower with Prosper and have made consecutive monthly payments as part of my commitment to this wonderful platform for people to lend to people.  My husband, as you can see in my picture and my sole endorsement seen below, also has a loan through Prosper and has been making consecutive payments (please see our previous listings!)  

We want to be able to not only consolidate the two current loans into one, but also borrow enough to pay off and close all or additional unsecured obligations.   

My monthly gross income:                            $1,430.00 (or $17,160.00 per year)
My husband?s gross income:                         $2,645 monthly (or $31,740.80 per year)

TOTAL:                                                       $4,075.00 gross per month  

Our joint monthly expenses which includes rent, renter?s insurance, car insurance, electric, water, my husband?s student loans, cable, internet, phone, and all of our unsecured debt (including the two Prosper loans) totals $2,190.00 per month, of which $775 per month pertains to unsecured / revolving credit that we want to pay off with this loan.  

With the potential Prosper loan at the requested rate of 8.00%, the monthly payment would be approximately $564.00 per month and the funds would payoff this unsecured / revolving debt, saving us $211 per month.  

With the new Prosper loan at the requested amount, we will be able to:  

• Dramatically decrease interest rates (immediately) on revolving lines and unsecured debt
• Free up cash flow after Prosper payment (approximately $200 + per month)
• One payment, automatically deducted from our joint checking account ? no hassle  

As you can see this essentially would allow us to accomplish our goal to ?clean the slate? as mentioned before, and will allow us to put a foot forward into starting a family in the near future.
