About me: I am a mom of a 4yr old son. I am a technical research analyst and have been in the health insurance industry for 15 years. I have been with my employer for 4 years and enjoy my job. EXPLANATION OF MY HR RATING: Not sure why I am still at a HR status. Have paid on some smaller debts on my credit report and have opened a credit card with a small available balance along with another small loan and of course, my 1st prosper loan has never been late. WHAT I WILL DO WITH THE MONEY LOANED TO ME: I have now spoken with a mortgage officer and will be 100% financed. I will use this loan to pay my earnest money, closing costs; and if house doesn't come with.. used appliances. I will also pay off my 1st Prosper loan. I would like to keep my 401(k) for its intended purpose. MY MONTHLY FINANCES: NET INCOME-$2450 RENT- $665 WATER - $50 PHONE- $40 GAS- $75 CAR INSURANCE-$60 DAYCARE-$460 FOOD- $125 1ST PROSPER LOAN-$40 MC CREDIT CARD-MINIMUM PYMNT $30 (I USUALLY PAY OFF BALANCE) WORLD FINANCE-$55-WILL PAY OFF NEXT MONTH TOTAL MONTHLY EXPENSES - $1600 I do plan to keep my mortgage at the amount of my current rent payment. That will leave me with $850 to make the payments on my 2ND Prosper loan. FYI--- I do receive sporadic child support but did not feel comfortable listing in my net income. I thank all who take the time to consider all I have stated and as a end note would like to say that with this opportunity I will be able to improve mine and my sons future which will allow me to one day soon be able to turn around and help others to ?prosper?.
