I'm almost entirely a lender on this site, but now that past loans are
displayed on member profiles, I wanted a public record of my
creditworthiness. (In fact, I'd be an AA borrower but for the
fact that I'm taking advantage of some 0 APR deals, which I simply
can't resist). If you view my bidding history, you'll see that I have
free cash, and don't need this loan for the money. Similarly, my
DTI ratio should be 0-1%, again but for the minium payments on my 0 APR
deals. I'm curious how low my rates will get pushed -- if low enough, I may reinvest in Prosper alongside my ongoing nonleveraged investing. If efficient markets don't kick in, I may just pay off the loan immediately, or cancel the loan entirely. Some of you may know me from posts/commentaries on Prosper's forum, in particular: http://prosper.spreebb.com/index.php?showtopic=178 what an X% default rate should mean to you. |
