I have listed for loans on Prosper before, but it didn?t work out. Perhaps I was listing for too large a loan, or maybe I did not explain my situation clearly enough. I hope to have remedied that situation with this application. As you can see I have no delinquencies, missed payments, or late payments. With my spotless record and determination to keep my obligations and pay my loans on time, I am a great choice for prospective lenders. Risk to investors here is low, while your reward is sufficiently worthwhile. I have worked specialized construction for the past 16+ years. I work all over the country at Power Plants and Refineries performing Shut-down and Turnaround work. I work an average of 72 hours per week, so I do work a lot of overtime. As far as work and the ability to pay back this loan, I will always have plenty of work in my field, (Heat Treating), as code requirements mandate that all chrome piping used in refineries and power plants be heat treated, and most all piping in plants is now chrome. This piping must be changed out every few years, so between existing plants, plant additions, and new plants, our workload remains very strong. My wife is a full time Nursing Student in the Georgia University System going for her Bacholers Degree as an RN. She has just over a year left until graduation. She is strongly considering joining the military upon graduation to serve our country, and then plans to return to school for her Masters Degree in Nursing. Purpose of loan:This loan will be used to consolodate all of our high interest loans and credit cards into a more manageable monthly payment, and to pay for my Wifes College Tuition. We are attempting to consolidate all of our loans and credit cards leaving only this payment, our mortgage pymt., our two vehicles and normal utilities. My credit history clearly shows a very established, "Clean" history and capacity to manage my financial obligations. Although I show a high DTI and a "C" rating, you must understand, the House, Both vehicles, and our loans are in my name as my wife is a Full Time Nursing Student with no income. Eight years ago I spent more time at the hospital than I was able to travel for work due to two immediate family members medical battles, cancer and a stroke, and also my best friends lost battle with cancer. It was a very hard year for us, and I ultimately filed for bankruptcy resulting in the one public record. My current monthly budget is as follows: ($1050) Credit lines - loans & credit cards (Monthly payments) <------ Will all be paid off, eliminating this monthly payment, freeing up more than enough to pay my Prosper Loan. ($747) Taylor, Bean & Whitiker (Mortgage) ($550) Toyota (Wifes car pymt.) ($500) HSBC (My truck pymt.) ($250) Car Insurance ($250) Utilities ($175) Phone, Cable, Internet ($250) Food, entertainment ($178) Other Expenses Total expenses: ($3900.00) My Personal Monthly Net Income: $4800.00 / month minimum to $7700.00 month. I'm asking for a chance to prove myself and to get my credit scores up to where they should be. If you bid on my listing, I promise that I will not let you or my team down.
