Purpose of loan: First of all, I want to thank those who bid on my first Prosper loan. I'll admit to being skeptical in the beginning, that?s why I got a small loan the first time. I remember that the first question a lender asked was, Why was I holding on to high-interest accounts? Good question! Now I would like to request a second loan to get rid of those. I became a homeowner for the first time three years ago. So far, I?ve put 10K into it for home improvements. Unbeknownst to me, I chose a home inspector who didn?t have a clue what he was doing. When my water heater died, I discovered it was 27 years old! There were many other things that turned out to be way less than perfect. I would like to improve my D-T-I ratio. This loan would cut my payments by approximately $175/mo. Thank you for your consideration.
