Purpose of loan: This loan will be used to file 3 trademarks and 1 patent for my software engineering practice. My financial situation: My company, Metropolitan Design and Development (MD&D) has been operating since 1993 and has been incorporated in the State of Georgia (http://corp.sos.state.ga.us) since 1997. Primarily MD&D is high-tech software integrations solutions provider. Translated, that means that I have been integrating existing applications or custom building new applications for clients. This year, I want to grow my business to the next level. To do this, MD&D will be launching its first fee-for-service online application (ASP) . The application is a personal communication management system; offering individuals (and small businesses) the ability to maintain an interactive voice system (IVR) for the caller traffic they want to manage.
