We are in need of a new heat pump ASAP, ours went out last week and our estimates have been between 5800 and 6400. Have some cash to put towards it but not enough to cover the total cost. I really dont want to put it on a credit card and pay a high interest, so thought we would give this a shot first.
My debt ratio is very high but this is due to the fact that all of our loans
are in my name only. My wife had bad credit follow her from her
previous marriage so I have got the mortgage, car loan, and credit cards in my
name only. She brings in nearly 3000 dollars in income on her
own. This is verifiable if you like, its 2000 in earnings and
1000 in child support. If that were figured into my debt ratio, it would
be alot better.
Obviously we need this asap as our heat is only working partially, thats why only the 3 day listing. Hope this works out for us and we can have heat soon. Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays.
