I'm 38 yrs old, a Mechanical Engineer father of a very smart 9 yr. old son. I'm a very responsible, hard working person. I have established credit a better credit rating since my last loan with Prosper. Since, I was abel to paid off my some outstanding debts. I will like the chance to thank Prosper for the opportunity to change my life. I'm now a Home Owner and I received a promotion with a wage salary increase. At this time I will also like to advantage of my better Credit score to pay off the Prosper Loan with another Loan with a better rate. Note that my current Prosper Loan have been paid always on time. I will use the new Prosper Loan for the following: 4,500-Prosper Loan 2,000-Home improvements( New Windows) 1,500- Christmas Shopping and a Dinning room set. --------- $8,000 - Total amount I work in the R&D department where we design new products for the Audio/Video industry. My company has been around for the last 40 yrs. We're very solvent and we're enjoying a lot of growth. I have been there for 5 yrs+. My current monthly net income is $4,943 Here's my monthly budget with the prosper loan in place: 2004.00- Mortgage 40.00- Electricity 29.99 - Telephone 512.00 - Car Payment 114.00 - Insurance 80.00 - Gas 300.00 - Groceries 200.00 - Recreation 42.00 - Internet 69.00- Cable TV 60.00- Cell -------------- $ 3450.99 - total monthly expenditures. As you can see I have over $ 1492.01 left over to be used, not only for my Prosper Payment, but for savings and emergencies. I promise that my payments to Prosper will be my top priority each month.
