Purpose of loan: This loan will be used to? Clear up high interest credit cards. My financial situation: I am a good candidate for this loan because?The reason behind this proposal is debt consolidation. I think it?s only fair to give you a broad picture of myself since I am asking you to invest in me. , My friends and wife will most definitely tell you that I never stop working. I?ll tell you that I believe you never get anywhere without a good deal of hard work and determination. I recently started a new Real Estate business, and incurred some cost with startup..I would like to clear all my debt on my high interest cards and make one monthly payment. I recently loaned a friend a large sum of money because he was in arrears in his mortgage and facing foreclosure. I would not turn my back on him, and helped him out in a bind.
