Purpose of loan: This loan will be used to pay off two credit cards with high interest rates ($10,910.01 at 19.99%) and ($2850.26 at 12.57%) pay off the debt faster, and improve my credit score. My financial situation: I am a good candidate for this loan because I always pay my obligations on time, have no delinquencies, have very good credit, and have a solid asset base. We own our home, have another as a rental, and have a 4-plex. We own with partners the cottage business you can see in the pictures. I have a detail shop that runs itself through employees, and I work full time in auto reconditioning, namely paintless dent repair. We put as much as we can back into our businesses to grow them for the future. For example, to increase our occupancy, we put our money into building a pool area for the cottages this year, and took out only what we absolutely needed.October is our best month in the cottage business (falling leaves attract tourists) and we had a $12,000 profit, but we only distributed $5,000 to keep monies in and available current improvements.
