Purpose of loan: This loan will be used to take the existing business to the next level, an African specialty retail store, with an online front to it, www.africanonestop.com. The loan from Prosper will be use to fund the advitising and buy more inventories. The business was funded from our personal savings and some of our credit cards. My financial situation: I am a good candidate for this loan because I am a responsible lender, I have never miss any bills or deliquent either, neither am I going to start now. I was recently discharged(honorable) from the Navy(Aug 2007) after the end of my second enlistment. I am currently generating income from the Janitorial service business established in 2004($3400.00) and VA(GIBIL) for attending($1100) school. After all my expenses I will still have anough to make my loan payment monthly.
