(I?m relisting an earlier loan request. Thanks those who bid on my loan earlier.)

Purpose of loan:
Hello all. As you have numerous options for loans to bid, I figured I'd offer a bit more detail on my request:

I want a new Prosper loan for the purpose of paying off my current Prosper loan & having lower interest rate on payments. If you compare new request amount to balance on Prosper loan you'll see this is case. Earlier this year, Prosper loan helped me fund a paralegal cert program which has benefited me in gaining a new position in the legal field and earning a higher salary at $36,000. I make a good living as a paralegal and I'm grateful for Prosper in assisting.

With that said, my financial situation has improved greatly with new job and I wanted to move my loan to a lower rate. My other Prosper loan is at 20.84%.My bank offered me an interest rate which is better than this but its variable. I'm considered a C borrower by Prosper so I think I qualify for a slightly better rate. I feel that Prosper works and also I had a wonderful experience with Prosper before so figured I would try this path. Having a lower rate will not produce a swing in my income and is not a financial necessity, but it would be nice to have all my interest rates at comparable levels. My first Prosper loan was very positive so I'd like to continue.

Again, I am not looking to have 2 loans! I simply would like to pay Prosper loan at rate comparable to what I would presently receive from larger bank. I'm definitely "ahead of the game" in paying my other Prosper loan at higher rate typically making 2 payments a month. This is a solid investment, as I'll continue making early and on-time payments like before.

My financial situation:
I have a solid 8 year credit history with no negative marks. I opened my first credit card in college and unlike many students developed my credit history wisely. Post-graduation, of my 6 revolving balances, I've paid off my two student loans, and have 3 revolving credit cards, the highest balances being $2900 most of which consists of auto repairs for a car I no longer use (public transportation is great for wallet and environment!). As explained earlier, I currently work as a paralegal and make $36,000 per year before OT and am very simple with my spending. I have health insurance coverage and do not plan any large expenses in near future. I always pay my bills first before all else, and my credit history reflects this.

My monthly budget:
Salary: $2700.00 per month

Mortgage/rent: $250.00 (I do yardwork/shoveling for old landlord lowering my rent in half)
Insurance: $56.00
Car expenses: $59.00 (use public transportation in Boston at $59.00 per month for train pass)
Utilities: $0.00 (not part of rental agreement. Rent is one flat fee)
Phone, cable, internet: $89.99 (Cell, Comcast)
Food, entertainment: $160.00
Clothing, household expenses $100.00
Credit cards and other loan payments: $465.00 (Prosper loan at 20.84% + 3 credit cards 3.99%, 12.99% and 0%)
Other expenses: $39.99
---------------------------------------
Monthly expenses: $1218.00

Income (after expenses):  $1350.00 (I use this to double payments on Prosper loan & pay above minimum on CCs)

Overall, I feel I am great investment, with a simple request. Feel free to ask questions. Warmest regards!
