I currently work as a Senior Consultant for a software manufacturer out of the Kansas City, MO area. I have been working with the same employer for over 5 years. I am an educated and intelligent adult who has a B.S.B.A in Computer Information Systems. I have worked very hard to get where I am today with support from my family and friends. I have many technical certifications in the IT world, which I believe helps indicate how dedicated I am to bettering my life.

I would like to get this Wedding Loan to help me pay for what we need now and extend the payments over a period of time. This would greatly help us in achieving our goal of being married within the next 5 months. I don't have any alternative except to change the wedding date. I have been very self-sufficient up until now and hope that people are wiling to help me in my time of need.

I have had an issue in regards to credit which is why banks won't lend me the money I am asking for in the form of an unsecured loan. The first credit card I received in college became a big problem. I had very little income and my family couldn?t help me pay for college. I settled with the credit card company in 2001 which has left my credit report with a big black mark.

Since I have been working and out of college, I have had no issues in regards to paying back my creditors or lenders. A Wedding Loan would allow for me to borrow the money I need now and to pay back the loan with a much smaller interest rate than a credit card. If I was to receive the amount I am asking for, I definitely believe that I could pay the loan back within 2 years, rather than the allotted 3. I have a good job; I just don't have the money I am asking for in a savings account at the moment.
