Thank you to all who bid earlier. I was going to wait until January, but it was suggested that I go ahead and put this up here as more people can ask questions even if it does not fund. Thank you and MORE info can be found on my member page and please do ask any questions you like. I want to give as much information as possible because this should be fun and not stressful, right? heh

Remember, I only have 4000 words, so PM and I will update questions here as well as my profile. Thanks!

Purpose: I need to pay developers for my website (PM for the info on it as I cannot list it here...against the rules). I need them to consolidate the 2 large servers down to 1 and make some bug fixes. I am doing this with a personal loan as it would cost me equity in the company that is not worth the expense. I would rather pay it out of my own pocket (via a loan) since I personally already have a stake.

The company does NOT pay my salary. I have a full-time job, as does my wife. One of the profile pictures is a copy of my earnings statement (notice almost 4 years with the State).

My wife also works for the state...I did not have her statement handy, but will add it later, so watch for it.

Our monthly expenses are as follows:

Home: $1428 (we always add taxes into escrow)
Bills (gas, elec, cable, etc) 400-500
Food: 200-300
Truck: 485
Car: 315
Insurance: 246 (life, home, cars, boat I keep extra life insurance)
Child Care: 650
Prosper loan: 567 (first one)

We take home about 5600, so we can afford to pay off this loan. We deduct extra taxes as well as use the Texflex so our daycare is tax free. A penny saved, etc..

The MAX Texas allows is 17%. If I could start higher I would. The "Why" page of state regs show 18% max, but this only lets me enter 17%.

Neither of us draw a salary from the website/company. It generates enough to pay a few bills, but not all. By consolidating the servers, we will cut almost 2/3 of the cost of the old servers. We will not in any way allow the business to negatively impact our personal finances. Taking out a loan is one thing, but we DO know when enough is enough and our personal finances are our responsibility, for our daughter. So, this will be paid whether the website continues or not (albeit it is doing well, just trying to assure folks).

The business has been going for almost 18 months and is growing each day. We own patents for what we do and hope to leverage those next year. Our litigation firm is the largest in the world..heh

CC DTI: We put EVERYthing on Discover as we like the cash back, but we never carry over the balance. That is why it is high, but it always gets paid off.

We have never been late with Prosper. It gets paid the moment we get a paycheck at the begining of the month, along with the other bills, regardless of when they are owed.

My credit rating just keeps going up. I have worked VERY hard to get that going.

I am waiting on the address verification.

Ask anything you like and thanks guys and gals!
