Hello & thank you for considering my loan request. Currently, I am a Business Education teacher at Caledonia Middle/High School in Caledonia, Minnesota. I attended Winona State University where I received my BS degree in Business Education. I have also been a ?big sister? in the Big Brothers Big Sisters program here in La Crosse, Wisconsin for the past three years and was named 2007 Big Sister of the Year. My husband and I just got married in October at Graceland in Memphis, TN and have two adorable cats. He has worked fulltime at ChoicePoint, a client based drug testing company for the past 2-½ years. We enjoy spending time playing games, watching movies, DJ'ing, singing, and spending time with our families and friends. In addition to my job, my husband and I currently own a KJ/DJ business and Karaoke website, which you can visit at www.KaraokePlusLLC.com. I am now in the final stages of opening a Karaoke retail store in downtown La Crosse, WI. This store will be a fun ?try before you buy? store where customers will be able to see and listen to every product in the store before they make their purchases. This type of Karaoke store is very popular on both the West & East coasts. If I am fortunate enough to be funded through Prosper, the money will be used for start-up costs such as inventory, supplies, equipment, furnishings and all other fees that come with starting a new business. Monthly Net Income: I earn $2,200 per month net pay from my teaching position and an additional $1,100 per month from my DJ/KJ business. In addition, my husband makes $1,400 per month net pay from his job at ChoicePoint, for a combined total of $4,700 per month. Monthly Expenses BEFORE PROSPER Loan: $1,781 Housing: $899 Insurance: $33 Car expenses: $254 Utilities: $75 Phone, cable, internet: $50 Food, entertainment: $100 Clothing, household expenses $20 Credit cards and other loans: $300 Other expenses: $50 Monthly Expenses AFTER PROSPER Loan: $2,618 As you can see, I will have over $2,082 left with which to pay my Prosper loan. I pride myself on my near perfect ?AA? credit and would never do anything to jeopardize my excellent credit. My financial situation is very good and expanding my business into a retail location is my top priority. This is a great investment for Prosper lenders as I have not only income from my business but also my salary as a teacher with which to pay back this Prosper loan. Payment for the loan will be automatically withdrawn each month from my bank account and I sincerely promise to never default on this loan. Thank you for supporting my business venture! |
