Purpose of loan: My wife and I are looking for funding to jumpstart her efforts to grow her dance and fitness studio. We established Studio Dance and Fitness early in 2007 in response to the market need for available drop-in dance and fitness classes for adults. We have built and grown the business from Prosper loans (now paid off) and other income. My financial situation: Both my wife and I have stellar records for loan and credit repayment - we have never had a payment deliquency (and never will!). We have never found it to be a problem to honor all of our payments, and my current position with a profitable law firm gives us the financial security to pay off this loan debt within 12- 18 months. Budget: Our monthly expenses are about $2500, and these are covered by the studio's income. We are planning to add a second location and new products lines in our retail space - we will use the Prosper loan to make this happen. |
