Purpose of loan: I would like to consolidate my debt and reduce the retarded interest rates on my credit cards. The interest they earn is ridiculous - Let's not make corporate America any richer than they are! My financial situation: I started a new life 2 years ago and it has cost me. I am diligent about paying my bills and have the resouces to repay this loan but how can anyone get ahead when over half of a payment goes to the interest! I want to try and get out from under the hole of debt and Prosper seems like a very good way to do so. I have a steady job as real estate paralegal in a large law firm in Portland ME and am considering getting a part-time job as well - this is how serious I am about trying to get ahead. Monthly net income: Mine is $2,096.00 (Ryan's is 2,944.00) Monthly expenses: $ $1,286.00 (approximately half of household expenses) Housing: $ 525.00 Insurance: $ 65.00 Car expenses: $ 0 Utilities: $ 75.00 Phone, cable, internet: $ 65.00 Food, entertainment: $ 200.00 Clothing, household expenses $ 50.00 Credit cards and other loans: $ 306.00 Other expenses: $ |
