Hello and thank you for viewing my listing About me: I am a 39 year old father with 3 children, married for more than 10 years. I am currently employed as an IT Consultant for a large bank. Unfortunately, since I got into loans and credit cards, I now need help to get out of them. Even with this situation, i always paid my bill on time and never late on payment. Besides that my credit history became worse when I tried harder to get loan from bank so it lower my credit score recently Purpose of loan: I need this loan to established my credit and pay off loan with high interest. My financial situation: I would use the Prosper Loan to pay partial with cash call which give me really high interest. The following are total my loans and credit cards. - Cash call which $4,900 - Capital one, $900 - HCBC, $1,350 - Credit Union $4,300 ------- $11,450 - Total amount of Debt to pay off Currently, I am working as full time employee of big company and have been there more than 2 years. So i have stable job and enough to pay this loan Monthly net income: $ 4454 Monthly expenses: $ Here's my monthly budget with the prosper loan in place: - $1,150 - Rent - $150 - Electricity + Utilities - $200- Telephone, cable, internet - $690 - Car Payment - $110 - Insurance - $150 - Gas - $ 500- Other Credit Cards Not paid off with loan - $ 900 - Groceries -------------- $3,800 - total monthly expenditures. I still have more less $654 left over to be used, not only for my Prosper Payment, but for savings and emergencies so that I never get into this situation again. I can begin to live a normal life free from the stress caused by Loans/Credit Cards. I know my loan still not enough to pay all my debts but i will start to pay lower interest. I have learned my lesson. I promise that my payments to Prosper will be my top priority each month. In fact, I am going to have Prosper automatically withdraw my payments each month so that everyone, including myself, knows that my payment will be made on time, every time. I'm not about to make a mistake with this opportunity to start rebuilding my credit. Thank you again for viewing my listing. |
