Hello All: I am requesting this loan to complete a dual bathroom project. . I am unsure what the delinquent report refers to. I have been able to refinance my mortgage from an adjustable to a fixed rate. Hence the high number of inquiries. I appreciate any and all lenders who take time to read my story. My income is about 3600.00/mth. Our budget is as follows- Housing is 1200.00, Utilities are 250.00. Phone, Internet, dish payments total 225.00. Other obligations-1500.00. My wife has recently returned to work and brings home 1700.00/mth above the income previously stated.. The late payments on the loan on the report you see are a mistake on my part. I was not as persistent as I should have been regarding this issue. I am lowering the amount requested due to being hopeful I will not be continually penalized for prior errors. We are constantly striving to correct this flaw. The importance of this opportunity is always a reminder as well as an asset. The need to fulfill it is a constant incentive to succeed. We are overly capable of taking care of this payment as our budget reflects. |
