Purpose of loan: Thanks to everyone that bid on the original listing, please feel free to bid again so I can get this funded. Complete remodel before the end of the year and get property re-rented. House needs some plumbing, electrical and trim work as well as a remodel on the master bath. My financial situation: I have a long job history (with 2 jobs). I have been in banking for over 20 years full time and have worked for a cruise line part time for about 20 years. I have an "A" credit rating which i will maintain for the rest of my life (which I Hope is a long time) My income does NOT include rental income because it changes my dent to income to an unrealistic number so my DTI is not displayed. Thanks for all of your help and I can't wait to get started with Prosper. Traditional banks seem to take way to long and you get the feeling no one there is allowed to make a decision so I decided to try this route instead. I'd rather pay you folks than a high interest credit card and I son't want to pay the insane fees that hard money lenders charge. I aslo have 2 ira's and a 401k with about 70k in them but the withdrawal penalties are too high to use that unless it's an emergency. THIS LOAN WILL BE PAID BACK IN A TIMLEY AND EFFICIENT MANNER.
