Purpose of loan: This loan will be used to just see how this place lends. How people bid to get me money and a lower interest rate. I plan to lend money and want to know the process they go through before I lend out money. Unlike others this is an Educational lending request !! My financial situation: I am a good candidate for this loan because I will repay your loan back. I'm very secure in my finances and have no balances on any credit cards. I only owe money on my investment properties and Primary home. Pro's for lending me money is it's a sure thing. You will get your money back in full and quickly. I plan on lending money here not borrowing it.My Credit Score is AA and I own 5 homes. I'm a Father of 4 Boys and am a Partner in an Engineering firm. Hopefully you will see this as not wasting your money and time bidding on me but allowing me to borrow your money for a few months with great insurance of payback. Downside to lending to me is you will get paid back fast and not make much money off of me in interest over 3 years. Sorry, but I don't like paying intrest and will pay off the loan as soon as I see how this proccess works.
