Hello all, I do not know what else to say-this is my third listing and our needs are still great. It is hard knowing that you are a good risk but not being able to convey that to others who see only a number. All we need is a chance to prove, and a little faith. I am 37 and live in Lakeland, Florida with my wife and three (soon to be four) sons. I have a GREAT job as Controller of a local company as well as a part time obligation to my church, as Treasurer. I am also involved with two NPOs and sit on both of their boards as Treasurer. I know how to manage my money, and make more than enough to cover another bill. There was a time however, that I let things get in the way of maintaining fiscal health. My last job was with a non-profit ministry that housed and helped abused and neglected young men. I loved the work (who wouldn't) but we struggled mightily as an organization from a financial standpoint. The Executive Director and I were always the last to get paid, and there were many occasions where I would go without pay for a month. Poor decision on my part to stay-regardless of the needs of the boys-they were going to be fine without a Finance Director. Long story short, my debt skyrocketed and Credit rating took a dive. It got very bad. My wife and I decided to avoid looking upon this time in our lives as a dark cloud, and chose to see the new beginning. Credit rating will come back in time, as long as we keep a good history of payment, which we do. I am honestly a bit surprised at my ?E? rating as I check my ratings regularly with the 3 bureaus and am in the low to mid 600?s with all 3, oh well. The future looks great, but our needs now are pressing. I am also a student, completing my MBA and will be short in funding - in addition to the fact that we have another boy coming in June. This loan would be used to help me finish the MBA program, and allow us to finish preparation for our 4th son as there are some renovations that are required. We also would like to replace some outdated and inoperable appliances in the house as well as add another tradeline to our credit report that will show positive payment history. Personally, I enjoy being a Father, playing golf, staying fit, and helping others. Ironically I find myself in a position where I need help, but I know there are those out there who will. So here I am. I would enjoy speaking with you if you would consider me, and can be reached at 800-262-2883 during work hours (est). We have the ability to handle the additional payment that would accompany this loan-with ease. I make a good living, and in fact understated my income in the application as my part time job pays me as well. My hope is that you will give me the chance to provide YOU with a little extra income, and prove to you that I am a good risk. Thanks for your consideration. Perry |
