Purpose of loan:
I will be using the personal loan to finish our unfinished basement.

My financial situation: Hello Again Prosper Family!!!!   I am back several months later wanting to complete a home improvement project my husband and I started a month ago.   We are currently looking to finish our basement.  We just got our basement waterproofed, which with the help of the last prosper loan we were able to do so.  We also paid off four credit cards, and a HFC loan, which I told you all I would do.  So to my previous lenders, Thanks Again.... We would like to drywall and carpet the basement to make a family room.  If you look at my bankcard utilization and debt ratio, you will see that they are both currently up from my last loan, which the main reason for that is I started my Christmas shopping in early November, so that will obviously change within the next 30 days of me paying my balances back down.   Back to why I am a good candidate for this loan, I still and always will continue to pay my bills on time.  I am current on the prosper loan I have now, which I told you all that I would be.  Not only is my credit important too me, I don't want to jeopardize your faith in me Prosper Family.    So, I am hoping you all have faith in me a second time around.  I promise not to let you down.

 Monthly net income: $ $2980

Monthly expenses: $ $1788.00
Housing: $ 1060.00 (paid by my husband)

  Car expenses: $ 488.00
  Utilities: $ 150.00
Phone, cable, internet: still free since I am working at the same cable company...
  Food, entertainment: $ 150.00
  Clothing, household expenses $ 100.00
Credit cards and other loans: $ 550.00 (which includes my current prosper loan)
  Other expenses: $ 200.00 ( Daughter's college fund)

I still will have additional income to pay for a second prosper loan, however this time around my great husband will be doing the honors.... Again, thanks for checking out my listing, and I hope to hear from you all soon..
