Purpose of loan: I intend to use this loan to build a new barn on the 10 acre farm we just bought. I would like to just start with 24' x 36' to keep the horses and feed dry and warm this winter the estimated cost for material is around 2500.00 for a pole barn this size. I have been building things all my life and can all the work myself with the help my family and friends so there will not been any labor cost. I also would like to update the farm house with a few items 6 new windows to replace the old single pane wood windows @ 250.00each = 1500.00 Remodel the bathroom with new vanity, sink, tub, toilet, and flooring. I have a new tub already and estimate materials to be about 1000.00 because I will most likely have to replace the plaster with drywall when I tear out the old tub and sink. New flooring in the kitchen and dining room 750.00 New countertops for the kichen 500.00 2500.00 1500.00 1000.00 750.00 500.00 = 6250.00 I am requesting an additional 1250.00 over the estimated cost because I know things never go as planned when remodeling and I don't want to be unable to finish things because I am a little short. My financial situation: I lost a lot of work after 9/11 which led to my bankruptcy that should be the one record indicate in my rating. Since I have gotten back on my feet have had everything paid for the last several years. I currently have eight or nine prosper loans I am a lender for I have had a few that have been paid in full. I currently own two homes The new farm 1030.00 month utilities 320.00 month Car lease 220.00 ends in July 08 Insurance 100.00 month Student loan 77.00 month total 1747.00 month My credit shows 6 deliquent items none of these are recent they will continue to show my credit from my bankruptcy until the end of 2008 or beginning of 2009. My 600.00 revolving credit balance is paid in full with Dec. payment because we had bought a new washer and dryer with 12months no interest financing.
