Thanks to everyone who bid on my first listing which ended 76% funded.  I have decided to re-list at a higher interest rate in hopes of getting fully funded and hopefully even bid down from my opening interest rate as was suggested to me on a prosper forum.  Please feel free to ask any questions you may have.

Purpose of loan:

I have had several unexpected home improvements to make (heater and appliance work) and would like to get a prosper loan to pay off these unexpected purchases instead of getting stuck paying high interest rates to my credit card company.  With the holiday season coming up I would like to have these purchases paid off and be able to enjoy the time I am home with my family without worrying about super high interest rates.

My financial situation:
I have always paid my bills in time and historically have paid 100% of my balance each month.  I believe I should have a higher credit score, however my young age does not help and I utilize a larger portion of my available credit than the credit bureaus like.  This high credit usage is partly from me charging all my company expenses such as fuel, flights, hotels, etc to my personal card and I am reimbursed each month.  I have a good job with good potential to earn even more than I currently bring home.

Monthly net income: $ 3500

Monthly expenses: $ 2100

Some questions from my last listing (posted as many as would fit in the 4000 characters allowed in a listing):

Q: What are you monthly expenses in more detail and which ones are you targeting to pay off with the Prosper loan. Thank you and Good Luck!
A: Here is a basic breakdown of my expenses:
Utilities $350
Insurance (home & vehicle) $250
Car Payment $325
Food, entertainment: $400
Clothing, household expenses $100
Credit Cards : $675
Total: 2100
This leaves me with roughly $1400 extra each month - more than enough to cover the $323 payment for this prosper loan. (Nov-28-2007)
Q: Hi! I noticed you've been employed here for 3 months. Can you give us some more info on your employment history? Thanx.
A: Hi - I just graduated from Auburn University back in August of this year. I worked some summers throughout my college career for the same company I am now working for. I plan on staying with my current employer for many years to come as I believe I have lots of potential for promotion. Let me know if there is any other specific information you would like to know.
