Purpose of loan: My wife And I are two hard working individuals that have, due to unforeseen circumstances, had both lost our jobs at almost the same time. Her manufacturing plant closed its doors without warning and, 30 days later I lost my part time job. I?am retired from hard labor 25 years on a Railroad and my pension check covers our home payment and taxes and insurance. So weve never had a problem with home payments. Built my last home and paid for it, bought this home 5 years ago and have not missed a payment. We pay our bills, its things like fuel oil which has skyrocketed in price, of which right now we have none. That?s hard in northern Minnesota, the fuel cost has tripled in 5 years. We tried 5 times to have the mortgage redone first, but with all the foreclosures now happening you can?t even get an appraisal now, its value is less than a year ago. Our vehicles are in need of repair badly, she having found and started another job 20 miles from home her car is not running. She?s using my truck which is also on it?s last legs, which I will need, since I have found another job myself I will need a vehicle to use . Since I found this program I feel a renewed hope of getting things back the way they were . It would be a Godsend right now with winter knocking on the door. Thank you to all the good people that will help right now with this loan, we won?t let you down, and when it?s my turn I would like to be on the other side helping people such as you are doing. (explain what you will be using this loan for) My financial situation: The gross income you see below is a combination of my Railroad retirement, my wife?s check, and my part-time job that is the income I will be using just for the sole purpose of paying back the loan. This will not be a problem, as that is about all we like to do is, go to work and pay the bills to support the home that we enjoy so much.(explain why you are a good candidate for paying back this loan) Monthly net income: $3,640. Monthly expenses: Housing: $1423. Insurance: $71.-both vehicles Car expenses: $ both are paid for, but need repairs badly Utilities: $110.electric Phone, cable, internet: $60.-phone,$33.-dish,$10.-internet Food, entertainment: $400. Clothing, household expenses $as needed Credit cards and other loans: $233./paying the minimum gets you nowhere, help |
