I want to obtain a loan to upgrade the landscaping in our yard. We
purchased our home almost one year ago and now want to start
personalizing the home. We plan to upgrade the plant-life, install a
fountain, and add a gazebo. The picture you see shows where we will be instaalling the fountain and the gazebo. We will be spending around $4000 for the gazebo and fountain, including a flagstone patio under the gazebo. The remaining funds will go towards new plants and upgrading the irrigation system for the new plants.
I currently work as a vice president
of sales for the leading residential mortgage lender. Our business
plan ensures that we continue to dominate the industry regardless of
the interest rate environment.
My credit rating shows that I
believe in responsibly paying my debts. I have over 12 years of credit
history with very few derogs. The last derog I have on my credit is
over 7 years old.
